Before your order leaves CHEMEX
Providing our customers with quality products is important to us, each coffeemaker is inspected, polished and hand tied by one of our team, before getting boxed up for shipping. Each filter is cut in house, on a machine that is operated by one of our team. Our filter paper is manufactured in the USA from North American materials only, adhering to responsible and sustainable practices.
Processing and delivery Times
Please note that we only ship Mon-Fri with limited hours.
Standard shipping Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 3:00PM EST.
Expedited shipping Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 12:00PM EST.
Deliveries to PO Box by Smart Post only.
Transit times are estimates provided by Fedex:
Smart Post: 2-7 days
Home Delivery: 1-5 days
Express Saver: 3 business days from the day of shipping, including Saturdays. The Express Saver order must be received before 12:00PM EST Mon-Fri to ship same day.
Shipping may be delayed or disrupted based on your location. Track your package so that you can be available for delivery. CHEMEX is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or otherwise un-delivered. By ordering through our CHEMEX website you are agreeing to these terms.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from CHEMEX with a tracking number to track your order. For up to date and accurate information regarding packages which have already left our facility, please contact the carrier directly.Fedex can be reached at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support.html or 1-800-463-3339. Please track your package so that you can be available for its delivery, CHEMEX is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or otherwise un delivered. To manage your delivery with options such as “signature required” and “hold items” please visit the FedEx website here.
Stolen package policy
CHEMEX Corporation is not responsible financially or otherwise for stolen packages. The respective fulfillment third parties, such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX must be contacted for assistance and resolution in these situations. If there is an incidence of stolen property, we urge you to contact law enforcement and file a theft claim.
