Each sticker is printed on premium, holographic vinyl with a permanent adhesive and glossy finish. They are coated with a protective laminate that makes them resistant to fading, scratching, tearing, and water.

RETURN POLICY/ WARRANTY

• You have three days from receipt of product to report breakage or errors in shipping
• To request a return or exchange of a product, visit our "Returns and Exchange" page within 30 days.
• The item must be in its original packaging and include all documentation.
• We will only accept requests for refund or exchange within a 30 day period after you receive the product.
• We are not responsible for items that arrive to us broken or are lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that will insure the products you are returning.
• We are not responsible for the cost of returning an item for exchange or refund.
• We do not warranty against traumatic breakage of Chemex products.
• We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items not bought directly from Chemex Corp. Please contact the store which the products were originally purchased from for assistance with these transactions.

The CHEMEX warranty WILL NOT apply to products purchased on Amazon.com without valid proof of purchase from our Chemex Coffeemakers seller account only.  We have not authorized any other sellers of our products on the Amazon platform.  For products purchased through our Chemex Coffeemakers account, please contact our team through Amazon to initiate a replacement or return.
